Following the re-letting of 5 attractive retail units in the Victorian Imperial Buildings Shopping Centre in the centre of Rotherham, Commercial Property Rotherham have been busy re-letting a further 2 units in recent weeks. The two deals conclude a recent busy period of retail take-up in the town-centre, following 3 further properties on Wellgate where sales have been agreed.
