Following another successful year of deals on town-centre retail, we are delighted to confirm we have now agreed a sale of this excellent modern retail building on Frederick Street which is located within sight of the bus interchange. The agreed sale of this former William Hill unit, follows another very busy year on retail instructions for CPR with several other deals having been achieved. These have primarily been lettings whilst another sale was also concluded during the summer.
